This is the most beautiful young horse and for those buyers who are sharp this is likely to be the best buy of the auction. Grayson has looks to die for and is of such quality that he is a serious consideration for the hack arena at the Sydney Royal!! Grayson is by Fiji R who is himself a Grand Prix dressage winner and who has a reputation of siring very good-looking, good moving and great tempered young stock. Yep and Grayson got all of that and more. As an individual, Grayson is the sweetest young horse, is super quiet and very polite. At 4yo, however, he should be broken in and already starting to perform. Well, he is not broken in and this will impact on his price. Nevertheless he is still very young and being broken in now is not a problem and Grayson has all of his life still in front of him. Grayson has a lovely walk with a regular four-beat rhythm showing clear over track. His trot is light and ballerina like and with training the potential for a dynamic mover is very serious. Canter is again very light and elegant with great balance. Grayson has a natural poise and a quietly confident charisma. Grayson is being sold by his owner Lesley Fenner who bred him for herself. He is everything she wanted however life has changed for Lesley. This could well be the buy of the auction.
