Brandy Time is a compact athletic thoroughbred mare who is a very soft ride and has inherent power. Through her natural suppleness, Brandy Time folds easily through the poll and travels naturally in a round outline. So on the bit in the dressage arena, soft and round whilst jumping and sweet in the gallop. Brandy Time has super paces with overtrack in the walk, good bend and swing through the trot and a natural engagement and balance in the canter. She finds shortening and lengthening easy. Jumping is perhaps her talent, which is spectacular. So far we have done limited training but her initial response is outstanding. Brandy Time has enormous strength off the ground and really does find it easy to be airborne. This is just her thing and it gives a wonderful feeling to the rider on top. Combined with this powerful take-off is her natural carefulness. It is not unusual to do a complete training session and not once even tap a rail. Just maybe Brandy Time is the most careful young jumping horse that we have ever had. By the auction we will know a little more about this aspect but she is a very, very careful jumper. This is a talent that Brandy Time was born with. Of course we will encourage it with training but nevertheless a gift she was born with. Brandy Time is very nicely put-together with a very powerful hind quarter. She has a classic thoroughbred head and is pretty. Brandy Time is in our opinion a horse with the potential to take on the top end of eventing at 4* level and just maybe an Olympic or World Championship horse.
