Proof is by Whisper, absolutely the best performed dressage stallion ever imported into Australia. A licensed and performance-tested Hannoverian, Whisper is just amazing – black and standing at 17hh, he carries the bloodlines and characteristics of the most successful dressage horses in the world today – Weltmeyer, Pik Bube and Feiner Stern.
As a 4yo in Germany in 2000, he was reserve bundeschampion. At Verden in 2002 he was first in his class for licensed stallions with a perfect score of 10 for his extended trot. In 2003 at the Dutch National Dressage Championships he was advanced champion. In 2004 he was advanced and PSG champion at the Australian Dressage Championships with Mary Hanna.
In 2005 he scored successive FEI wins at the NSW State, Australian Nationals and Dressage with the Stars. In 2006 in his first season of Grand Prix he was national champion.
Proof’s dam is no slouch either in the performance stakes. BB Phoenix’s first foal by TB stallion Brilliant Invader sold to Canada. A 6yo, he is winning and placing at 2* level with dressage scores of 73%.
Second foal BB Congo went to event rider Natalie Davies, stand-out winner at his first start on his dressage score of 80.56%! Phoenix carries the Century genes – moving and jumping genes. The Century genes appear in both Jamie Kermond’s 2006 WEG partner Stylish King and Catherine Davies’ champion Queens Consort.
