Riverina was bred and born at Taree Equestrian Centre. Riverina has been carefully grown and thoroughly educated to be easy to do anything with. She is currently competing at advanced level and has always been successful in her outings. Her training has always been balanced with trail and beach rides and a little jumping. She has a good work ethic and is a forward-minded, light horse to ride. She is compact and easily collects. She was born with beautiful cadenced paces with exceptional looseness. She has a gentle and friendly nature and is easy to catch, shoe, load and float. Her imported sire Riverside connects the breeding lines of Rubinstein and Donnerhall, arguably the two most successful international dressage stallions when combined. Her dam Pacific Salita (by Salute out of Gullit mare Pacific Giselle) also produced Pacific Avalon (Lot 21 in this auction) and Pacific Eclipse, who won his 4yo and 5yo young horse classes at the Sydney CDI, was runner-up 6yo and is now competing FEI with Katy Guest. Riverina has been tucked away in Taree with limited opportunity. She is a beautiful mare, schooling flying changes and baby piaffe. Riverina is ready to move on and will make an excellent mount for the ambitious rider whilst still able to be competed at novice level.
