Sally has wonderful, wonderful movement and an
easy-to-handle temperament. She has been trained to medium level dressage and her foal is undoubtedly going to be a top performer - this could be in the world of dressage or jumping, given that the Salutes are performing in all three Olympic disciplines with huge success and remembering too that Bjorsells Briar performed higher in his stallion jumping tests than he did for paces - and then went on to be the top Grand Prix dressage stallion in the world! If his jumping was better than his dressage then he truly is remarkable and we expect the progeny of his son Byalee Briar to be just as amazing.
Salute was the sire of Stirling Stilton (high-scoring Grand Prix dressage horse in 2002 at the WEG in Spain) and Staccato (ranked No. 1 eventing sire in the World with Craig
Barrett), and Stirling Sioux (the four star three-day eventer with Olympian Olivia Bunn), just to name a few.
