Fame R is the first foal to be by Fiji R out of a Jive Magic/Regardez Moi cross mare, exactly the role imagined for Fiji, and the first foal for Jamie R.
Regalia R is out of Lucilla, full sister to Stirling Liberty, who jumped at World Cup level as a 7yo with Olympian Gavin Chester and was the sire of Snowy River Blackwood, Australian champion Grand Prix dressage horse (Di Jenkyn). Regardez Moi was the Australian Grand Prix dressage champion 2008-2009 and Jive Magic has just hit Grand Prix and is already winning in a big way. Both Jive Magic and Regardez Moi are likely contenders for the Australian Grand Prix Team to go to the World Equestrian Games (USA) later this year. Jive Magic’s sire, Jazz, represented Holland at the WEG in 2002 in dressage.
Fiji’s grandsire Florestan sired a number of Grand Prix competitors at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Also Florencio was the Young Dressage Horse 5yo and 6yo World Champion. Surely there cannot be a more spectacularly bred dressage colt in Australia today!
Fame R is a really beautiful type. His front end is seriously elevated. This is a wonderful opportunity to reach out into the future.
