Fire Away R is a spectacularly bred filly. Fire Away R has amazing paces, quite extraordinary, with amazing high knee front leg action, really good hind leg action and a wonderful uphill way of carrying herself. It is a really Dutch way of going.
Fire Away R has inherited the Fiji R temperament that is making the Fiji R horses sought after by riders from all walks of life from juniors to serious competition riders to older enthusiasts. Fiji R is having enormous success at Prix St George/Intermediare I level dressage with young rider Breanna Tillitzki.
Interestingly, on the dam's side of Fire Away R is the Regardez Moi mare Regalia R who was offered for sale as a weanling many years ago at the AOS auction in Victoria. Regalia R did surprise everybody in the auction with unexpectedly sensational movement. So much so that I (Heath Ryan) bid on her way past her reserve and bought her back. Regalia R has not disappointed me and the foals have been magnificent with the granddaughters and grandsons being stand-out. The last foal from Jamie R was Fireworks R who sold for $22,000 at auction to Australian Grand Prix rider Paula Price. Fireworks R is a full brother to Fire Away R.
Fire Away R is a magnificent filly who seriously has a very big future in front of her.
