There are very few horses in Australia that can compete at two-star eventing and FEI level dressage in the same month – but this is just the tip of the iceberg for this extremely talented yet sensible FEI warmblood gelding.
Currently winning and placing at Prix St Georges and Intermediare I, he is showing great talent for piaffe and is ready for his debut at Intermediare II and Grand Prix.
This wonderful competitor has evented successfully and extensively at one-star level and last year performed successfully at two-star level, and he does have the ability to continue in that direction if desired.
Rudolph is the product of an amazing gene pool, featuring lines like Contact, renowned for rideability and jumping and dressage talent, as well as trakehner and a touch of the thoroughbred via Northern Suzie. Rudolph's sire, Northern Congress, was the sire of Australian Olympic representative Yardley Charisma (Rachel Downs).
Rudolph has already schooled at three-star level eventing before concentrating on pursuing his dressage career in more recent months. He has good conformation and bold movement, and he is unblemished and sound.
