Richard the Lionheart is a very sensible youngster with huge expressive paces, great power, and a great attitude. Richard the Lionheart is by the Grand Prix stallion Regardez Moi who at 18 years of age is still winning at the biggest shows in Australia in the Grand Prix arena. Regardez Moi has represented Australia overseas and at the past 3 consecutive Equitanas has won the Grand Prix Freestyle Grand Final. Richard the Lionheart is out of a young Jive Magic mare called Jive Lady R. The first foal from Jive Lady R, indeed a full brother to Richard the Lionheart, was Rattle ‘n’ Hum who is taking Australia by storm. Rattle ‘n’ Hum started life by being a top-priced foal through Auction of the Stars, progressing to being a superstar with his Queensland owner/rider Kaz Roe. The general consensus is that Rattle ‘n’ Hum may well be the next Australian superstar Grand Prix horse of the future! We believe that Richard the Lionheart is similarly talented and is simply searching for that special partner with whom he can journey on into Australia’s future.
