Rhondalynn R is by Regardez Moi out of Chatham Park Annie who in turn is by Jaybee Alabaster. Both Regardez Moi and Jaybee Alabaster have been Australian Grand Prix dressage champions and both have represented Australia overseas. Rhondalynn R is a nice type and I think in another two years’ time she will be a very nice type. Rhondalynn R is 3yo, she has just been broken-in, and is dark brown almost black in colour. Rhondalynn R stands 16hh and I think she will end up around the 16.1hh to 16.2hh. Perhaps her most outstanding attribute is her super-dooper sweet and quiet temperament - she just tries to do whatever you ask. She is already round and on the bit and has a very steady head carriage. She is honestly very unusual in how straightforward and simple she is to ride on the bit. Rhondalynn R is very quiet and has three nice paces without being, at this stage, spectacular. Allowing for her breeding I can almost guarantee that she will school on, engage and come off the ground and so have spectacular paces all in due time. You are just going to have to wait a year or two for that to happen. For us here at Ryans, this is exactly the type of horse that will school on to be a serious Grand Prix horse. Often a Grand Prix horse is a prima donna and somewhat of a pain, but Rhondalynn R is delightful. This is honestly just the most perfect young horse.
