Sambics Pride is a chestnut filly who has good conformation with exceptional movement. Sambics Pride is by Heath Ryan’s Questing R out of a thoroughbred mare. Questing R was the 2017 Australian Elementary Dressage Champion with scores up to and including 89%. Questing R carries wonderful bloodlines in Quaterback, Quando Quando, Brentano II, Donnerhall and Wenzel. Questing R has the most amazing temperament and this has been passed onto Sambics Pride. Fiery Pride on the dam line produced Sambics Hit. Sambics Hit has had an impressive show career and is currently exceeding his rider’s expectations in the dressage world. After numerous wins and placings at Sydney Royal, Grand National, HOTY, Sambics Hit is currently competing advanced/PSG, averaging scores of 68% in advanced, with a personal best of 73.57%. He has the same placid easy-going temperament that Sambics Pride displays. Sambics Pride has taken everything we have exposed her to willingly and without showing stress. She is a pleasure to handle. Sambics Pride is a stunning prospect for the show or dressage world and potentially an excellent prospective breeder in the future. As Questing R has been withdrawn from public service, youngsters with his breeding will be very much sought-after. A wonderful filly who we are sure will not disappoint.
