Calibre is a beautiful big youngster with the world at his feet. Calibre is by Carbine, in turn by Carbid who is the sire of Matthew Dowlsey?s GP ride Cinderella, set to represent Australia at the 2006 World Cup Final.

On his dam line, Lovely Lyric is the dam of Diamond B (Maxx) Challenger and Jaybee Schulz.

Broken in and turned out to mature, Calibre has come back into work for his auction preparation. Calibre is already beginning to stretch down into the contact with incredible balance yet shows glimpses of his ability to sit behind into a lighter, higher frame.

He has big scopey paces and is extremely comfortable and confident through the preliminary/novice work.
