Lot 14 - AEA Farrington
Chestnut Gelding, 16.3hh, 26/08/1995
AEA Farrington won the Australian Young Horse 4yo Championship at Dressage with the Stars in 1999. He has since competed successfully up to medium level, which is his current grading.
?Cheeky? has also been competing successfully in the jumping arena, winning D-grade points. He is a bold mover with a strong and confident jump.
Cheeky?s sire, Farrington, comes from the ?oh so famous? line of Nimmerdor. He is also one of the few KWPN stallions with bloodlines descending from the famous dressage stallion Doruto.
Cheeky?s dam, AEA Edwina, is by Edwardo Rex, by the imported stallion King, which stood at the AEA stud. Other Farringtons in Australia include AEA Faretta (Carol Simpson, Vic) and AEA Fantail (bought by Gordon Bishop, NSW, at the Auction of the Stars performance horse auction 2005).
Cheeky will suit an ambitious young rider or adult who is looking to do well in the dressage, jumping or eventing arena.
